The frequency of counseling sessions with PBA will depend on your individual needs, at the end of the session we will see when we can do another session (minimum of 6 weeks in between sessions)
From the first session you can feel results.
Usually 4 / 5 sessions are great to be able to get rid of the fundamental blockages.
PBA works on what you are working on right now, so you can also just come to help with issues you are trying to solve in the present moment.
